Rhubarb Bars
Crust Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups butter, softened
- 7 1/2 T powdered sugar
Filling Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten lightly
- 1/4 cup + 2 T flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 1/2 cups rhubarb
Instructions
- 9x13 inch pan, bake crust at 350 for 10 minutes.
- bake bars for 35 minutes.
