Salsa

Ingredients

  • 12: roma tomatoes
  • 9-10: serranos
  • 1-2: large yellow onions
  • 8 cloves: garlic
  • 1 bunch: cilantro
  • 1: lime
  • to taste: salt

Instructions

  1. Roast vegetables at 375F for 20 minutes (until the onions begin to brown).
  2. Blend with cilantro.
  3. Add lime juice.
  4. Salt to taste
