Steak
Ingredients
- Steaks - grass fed beef is preferred
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Move from freezer to fridge 24 hours in advance
- Remove beef from fridge and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes
- Trim the extra fat
- Season with sea salt, pepper, and fresh garlic on all sides
- Preheat grill to medium
- Clean grill
- Oil grill with vegetable oil
- Grill on medium for 5 minutes
- Grill on other side for 5 minutes more (only do four for medium rare)
- Let the steaks rest in foil for ten minutes to reabsorb juices
