Steak

Ingredients

  • Steaks - grass fed beef is preferred
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Move from freezer to fridge 24 hours in advance
  2. Remove beef from fridge and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes
  3. Trim the extra fat
  4. Season with sea salt, pepper, and fresh garlic on all sides
  5. Preheat grill to medium
  6. Clean grill
  7. Oil grill with vegetable oil
  8. Grill on medium for 5 minutes
  9. Grill on other side for 5 minutes more (only do four for medium rare)
  10. Let the steaks rest in foil for ten minutes to reabsorb juices
